Costly, but Worth It

I have a car, but wouldnt have been able to afford the permit if it weren't for some friends that pitched in. Overall, it was worth it though, because of the ease to get to downtown Santa Barbara and anywhere else. If you do not have a car though, that's totally fine. Biking is big here, so everything is within walking or biking distance.
