JHU doesn't really punish you unless you're caught drinking or doing drugs in a school building, and even then, you usually only get a warning. As for frats, if the police come and end the party, don't worry. They have other things to do. Just leave the party and don't do anything dumb like finishing your drink before leaving right in from of them or trying to bring your drinks outside.
