As Safe as You Can Reasonably Be Anywhere
Proper police on campus, but they're understanding about student life. I never once felt unsafe, even walking home alone at night while slightly drunk and scantly clad. There are blue lights all over campus that you can run to in an emergency, but I never even heard of anyone needing to use one. I always left my dorm room door unlocked, wasn't worried about theft (aside from the occasional thing disappearing from the community fridge), and when I sprained my ankle there's a van that will drive you around campus so you don't have to limp to class.

Lots of Options for the Less Athletically Inclined
To complete your athletics requirement even if you're not huge on sports there are so many other options like dance, tai chi and yoga, kung fu, archery, badminton etc. etc. etc.

Full Range of Seasons for Awesome Variety
First of all, Fall is the most gorgeous season ever at Wellesley.
But we get all the seasons. Throughout the school year it will be hot, mild, and freezing. You will get snow to play and sled in, AND days hot enough to swim in the lake, and lovely perfect-weather days for studying outdoors. Watching the change of the seasons on campus is enjoyable, and I loved getting to do different activities at different times of year.
