Interesting Dynamic

So the thing about Vassar is that it's so accepting of everyone that there is a pretty large, open gay community. Which is absolutely wonderful, but as a girl many guys you might have crushes on may be into guys. There are definitely plenty of straight men though (they just tend to be a little cocky because they are in high demand). In general people at Vassar are brilliant and attractive so you can't really go wrong.

Hit or Miss

You can either get really lucky with security or really unlucky. For example, I was once at a party and they told anyone who looked like they were under 21 that they had to throw their drinks out but they didn't write up a single person. But I have also been at a party where everyone got written up. So it really depends on which security person you are dealing with. In general they are pretty relaxed though as long as you aren't too loud or belligerent.
