Labs Are Only Crowded During Crunch Times
Spelman college is a very small school with a number of computer labs. The labs seem to only be very crowded during finals and midterms. Most people do own their own laptops, including myself. Campus WiFi is not very strong in the residence halls but there is Ethernet connection available in each room. However, if you didn't own a laptop it would not be a huge issue. There are computer labs as well as a library where you are able to access computers.

Atlanta Is Poppin If You're 21 or Older
In the beginning of the school year I tried out a couple of the 18+ club parties local promotional teams threw, but most of the clubs were small and not very nice. I think that house parties are definitely the move. They are free and just more comfortable for me. I'll enjoy the good stuff once I hit 21.

Oh Don't You Wish, You Were a Spelmanite Like Me!
I love Spelman. It's a truly empowering experience to attend an institution specifically for the education of Black women which is also the number one historically black college institution in the nation. Yes, the social life of the Atlanta University Center can be overwhelming, but at the end of the day I know I am here to get an education. I believe that my Spelman experience will only get better. Spelman was my dream school and it has not let me down.
