My Major Is Great
Being in the major of marine sciences has been great so far. The workload does appear like it will be challenging in the future but as for right now I'm doing just fine. Everyone is very accommodating and very helpful.

Housing Is Average.
It is required to live on campus your first year at Alabama. I live in a rather old dorm. Considering how old it is, it does seem to be adequate enough to live in. It definitely has some wear to it but nothing that is unbearable.

Really Random Weather
The weather can only be described as bipolar. One day it will be cold and windy, the next day the high will be in the 80's or 90's. I have also noticed it rains every Tuesday. Not kidding.
