Pepperdine University had a new discussion posted by AranzazuJJ

i'm an atheist, and i have read horrible reviews on the treatment non-religious students receive... is it true? Will I have a terrible time at Pepperdine for not being christian?

It is a beautiful campus but it is unabashedly christian.

My friend who is a freshman at Pepperdine says that the religious nature of the school is more of one that is kind and supportive, but doesn't make you feel terrible for cursing. I think you should be fine, but you still have to do all the Bible studies and religious requirements throughout your time there.

I attend the GSEP school which is not on the main campus. I had the same concern. It is NOT an issue at all.
