If you are from CT and really like all of your friends from high school and want to be friends with them forever then UCONN is the place for you. If you'd actually like to get a good college experience and

try new and exciting things then you are better off somewhere else. It seems as if everyone here only goes here because they can't afford the schools they actually wanted to go to so they come here because its cheap for them. As an out of state student I can personally attest to the almost unbearable homogeny there is. Yeah its diverse and all but everyone is still that same CT kid still stuck in high school. Non-new englanders beware.
