Local Atmosphere at Georgia Institute of Technology

B+

Lots in Close Proximity

Atlanta is ab ig city, not a college town and thus, much of the nightlife is geared more towards young professionals than students, but there is still plenty to do. Phillips arena (a venue for music, hockey, etc.), the tabernacle (music), CNN center, Georgia Aquarium (largest aquarium in the world by tank size), and World of Coca-Cola are all within walking distance. Because it is a busy metropolitan area, there are also art museaums, history museaums, festivals, lots of shopping, and other attractions within driving distance.
