Greeks on and Off Campus
Greek houses are on campus and off as well. It's not a big deal if you are in a frat or sorority, since the university is so small. Parties can be fun, just depends on knowing people in frats and sororities. All students on campus are extremely nice, including people involved in Greek life.

Alcohol and Students
DU is a very "bar" school. Most students go to bars on campus, drink alcohol, and party with friends. I haven't seen many drugs around, but sometimes students will be smoking around campus.

Light Rail, Buses, and Campus Shuttle
Transportation is the best here. You can take the light rail, which is free for DU students, and is extremely convenient to get to downtown Denver, or wherever you want to go. Buses are easy to use to get all around Colorado, including examples such as Boulder and Longmont. The campus shuttle comes every 15 minutes and takes you wherever you need to go on campus.

Lacrosse Stadium
Lacrosse Stadium
This is the beautiful lacrosse stadium/field featuring green turf. Denver is one of the only universities with separate lacrosse and soccer fields. There is great seating for both, perfect for cheering teams to victory. The background scenery includes some residence halls, the Cable Center for special occasions, and the beautiful Colorado Mountains.
