There are various computer labs on campus and as long as you know where they are, you shouldn't have problems accessing them. And usually where there are computers, you should be able to print (the costs vary from $0.07-$0.12, but there's double-sided printing at the library--but most professors don't like that). Although it can be managed without a printer, it's nice to have it so you can print with no worries of going somewhere to print at the last minute (I think it costs less too). And there is usually a wireless connection on campus, but there are classrooms and on campus where connections are too weak to connect to. But the connection is good in the dining commons and dorms--there're also connection cables in some places (including your dorm) if you have an Ethernet cable.
