Campus Housing at Wayne State University

The Day in the Life of Ghafari Hall

Living on campus is...interesting. My twin sister and I live in the Yousif B. Ghafari Hall. The rooms are nice: we have enough space for the both of us so we don't feel closed in; we also have our very own bathroom. Each room in the hall does. As far as the rooms go, things are superb. The hall is relativity clean, but the trash room is always full, making it difficult to throw things away. But, that isn't the worst part: the worst part is the level of noise at night. The noise rules aren't applied as harshly as one would like, making it difficult to sleep at night.

Nightlife at Wayne State University

I Wouldn't Really Know

My sister and I always joke about ourselves. We say we're bad at being kids, because we don't go out much. From what I hear from my friends, things are pretty fun; but my sister and I avoid the parties and bars, because we don't want any trouble. But by word of mouth, things seem to be up to par. I'll give it a B, based on what I've heard, but I'm not able to give a grade based on a first-hand account.

Living on My Own

My sister and I love living on campus, despite the noise level, it's really fun. It's nice to be able to be less dependent on our parents, and do things for our selves.
