Interesting Opportunities
Overall I have thoroughly enjoyed my classes at Ole Miss. My professors are passionate about their subjects. I have had interesting guest speakers and opportunities to learn outside of the classroom. Registering for classes is easy, and you can get lots of help from your academic advisor. I think I have a fair amount of work for my classes, except one history class which was entirely too much. There are lot's of neat, quiet places to study. Overall, I think that this campus is very good academically.

Hit or Miss
The Union has good food, but you get tired of the same options every day. Then we have the JC, but it is inconsistent. The food was delicious at orientation, but once school started the JC substituted quantity for quality. You can either pay too much at the union for a good meal, or pay a decent amount at the JC for a less than satisfactory meal.

Not the Best, Not the Worst
Living on campus is not awful. You have to share bathrooms, and sometimes people don't take care of them and it gets gross. But usually they aren't bad. If you live in residential college you get your own bathroom and faux wood floors. However, there are apartments available near campus that are cheaper than the residential college and almost as cheap as the regular dorms. Convenience is nice, but I'd move off campus after freshman year.
