The school forces you to have a meal plan, but the dining options on campus are limited to a small cafeteria with limited hours that are not even adhered to, and a sandwich shop that always starts running out of ingredients by dinner time. The sandwiches are pretty decent, but the cafeteria food is usually not so great. They do make efforts to stock special items such as soy and gluten free products to suit the various diets of different students.
There is also a student-run vegetarian cafe on campus. The food is usually pretty good and is made with high quality ingredients, although it is usually not open on the weekends and service is sometimes slow.

Pretty Lenient
My impression of the campus police is that their aim is to protect the students and make sure everyone is safe, rather than just trying to find rule breakers and punish them. There have been some recent incidents where many students felt that the police acted unfairly or were unusually strict, seemingly at the request of the administration, but overall the school is pretty lax about most things. If you are being smart and careful then you should be ok.
