The on campus housing at UTA is average at best. The current housing is very old and broken down. Recently though, the campus has begun building new apartments which are in great condition, so there is improvement in the on campus housing.

There are plenty of food choices off campus for students. You can find student discounts almost anywhere and the location of the majority of the restaurants are just a few miles down the road.

Here at UTA we rarely have health or safety issues. Although this campus is enormous in size, the campus crime police do a stand-up job in dealing with various issues and keeping everyone safe.
