Is it competitive to get into a fraternity? And if so how much so?

Yes, obviously anything popular and big at a school is very hard to get into. It helps to know people, and also be a cool person, if you aren't either of those then you are probably not getting in.

It's not very competitive at all! There are plenty of fraternities on campus and it's easy to find one that is a good fit for you.

How hard is it to get into a good house?

It is not hard as long as you do not wait until the last minute. There are many different options for housing depending on your preference and location.

I haven't applied here yet as I've only lately been considering this school. Will applying this late hurt my chances?

No, as long as you get your application in before the deadline.

Nope! Applications are NOT looked at "first come, first serve."

Does Indiana have a film club, one that makes movies? I'm studying business but I'm really interested in film also.

They have about 700 organizations on campus. I can almost guarantee they would have a film club. If not, you could start one! Check it out on the website.

Thanks!

I've seen things that say you only have to be 19 to get into bars. Does this mean that you can drink in the bars or can you only get in?

You can only get in.

Technically this means you can only get it. Some bartenders will not follow the rules and not ID you to buy drinks though.

Do you get any sort of discount to football or basketball games?

Yes! It's not much, though, but you do get special deals every now and then.

Yes, if you're a student you get a discount for football games.

Yes we do! It's great. And when we get a discount, the seats that we get with the discount are great too.

So I missed the deadlines for scholarships like an idiot. Is there any way to get these my second year or am I screwed for 4 years?

Most scholarships can be applied to and granted each year. Many of them are renewable as well!

Yeah you should be able to apply for them in the summer before your next year!

If I don't get directly into business is this really bad? How much of a chance do I have of getting into business if I don't get in right away, and what are the advantages of being admitted directly? If I don't will it hurt me later in any way?

No because you'll have time to prepare to get the opportunity again. And you chances of getting into the business is fifty fifty, and the advantages is that you'll be trained right away. Probably a little bit because the other people already know what to expect of and you wouldn't.
