Off-Campus
The downside is how far away the apartments can be. Who wants to walk that far to go to class? However the added freedom is great. Unfortunately after all the add on things that aren't included in rent right away the price is greater than on campus living.

We Have Sports Teams?
Sports aren't the biggest thing at Towson. Our football team pulled out a magic season this year but that's the only sport that we were able to brag about this year.

Greek Life
The greek life is ok, not many frats but a ton of soroities. All the girls in greek life are the exact sterotype of all soroities. Stuck up girls.
