Do you have to have a degree (bachelors, etc) before studying law in the US?

Yes, you must have an undergraduate degree before applying to law school. In the case of the schools you have listed, your scholastic performance must be exceptional.

Yes, it is a prerequisite for law school entry. The only exceptions are undergraduate schools with a combined undergraduate J.D. program
