Friendly and Convenient
The town of Durham and UNH campus are quite entertwined. The atmosphere is generally welcoming and pleasant. Everything you need is also in walking distance, so there is little need for a car, which is also convenient.

Expensive and Inconvenient
You have to be very careful where you park on campus. Police are very quick to ticket cars parked in non designated areas. Parking passes are very expensive as well. There simply isnt very much room allotted to parking at UNH, and the space we do have is poorly managed.

Fun
The athletics at UNH provide for a variety of opportunities for fun social engagement. Homecoming is an event looked forward to by undergrads and alumni alike. The student body supports their athletic teams. They also support partying, and the two coincide nicely.

Bus It
The bus system at UNH is convenient during normal daytime hours, but late night transportation is rather unreliable. Saferides is available to off campus transportation on weekend nights, but is often backed up and takes a long time. Parking is incredibly strict and expensive. I've gotten many a ticket.

Mediocre
I have received some financial aid, and some scholarships. The cost of living as well as tuition is still more than I can afford, and I have taken out multiple loans to cover the difference.
