A Little Spendy, but Affordable in a Group
The housing off campus is pretty expensive, being in LA. But if you're in a big enough group, it can end up being cheaper than living on campus.

Sunshine :)
The weather here is beautiful and sunny, but it definitely gets windy being up on the bluff! The days are usually sunny and warm, but nights get a little chilly from the wind. Almost everyone hangs out outside!
