Walking Usually Works
Public transportation is usually not necessary as Lexington is a fairly small town. There are shuttle buses to and from Walmart and other areas of interest. Traveller runs at night taking students to and from the dorms and fraternity houses to off campus houses.

Financial Aid Office Is Wonderful
The Financial Aid Office at Washington and Lee University is wonderful and many students receive some sort of aid. The Johnson Scholarship and the R.E. Lee Scholarship grant many students full rides. (Approximately $54,000 a year.)
