Huntingdon in a Nutshell
Huntingdon is a small town, but the citizens are very proud of the college located within. Due to the size of the town, there is not much to do off campus. The movie theater leaves much to be desired, although one night a week, they offer excellent prices with your gold card. Food choices vary but the quality is excellent. I have not yet encountered a bad restaurant in Huntingdon. There are a few smaller shops and thrift shops in town, not much for new clothing except Peebles. The Wal-mart in town is very clean and has everything a college student in Huntingdon would need, including a salon.

Dorm Life Is Decent
The housing at Juniata is not terrible, but the rooms are older. Rumor has it a new, more updated dorm is going to be built in the near future. South has the biggest rooms, and Lesher is the only all girls dorm on campus. There are no all male dorms. East Houses offers an apartment style living. No dorm is far away, but some are farther than others. Most do not offer private baths.
