Athletics
Our athletics are reasonably good, but not phenomenal. Our girls volleyball team is really good, and our basketball teams our fairly good as well. We do not have a football team, but we have shirts for our team that say "still undefeated" which is quite comical. We also have club teams like swimming, lacrosse, and volleyball. Overall our teams are decent but the best part is that there are opportunities for individuals to play even if they aren't "good enough" to play on the school's official team.

Drug Scene
As far as I have seen, the drug scene at AU is not that big. A few of students smoke marijuana and drink alcohol. Nothing hardcore is done at school and most of the students decline to smoke. Drinking is a very common activity at AU. Overall we are a very drug free community and a dry campus so the drinking is done off of school grounds.

Transportation Options
The transportation is great. We have the AU shuttle that picks up students at two spots on campus and then various locations on the way into to town, all the way to the metro entrance. It runs until 3 AM, which is great for weekends if you go out with friends. Since we are in DC, it isn't necessary to have more than the shuttle and an easy entrance into the metro and access to bus stops. Which the school provides.
