Parking at Rochester Institute of Technology

A

Decent Parking

Having a car on campus is not a big deal. The campus has almost everything you could ever need. If you're the type that needs to get to the mall every now and then, there is a bus that can take you there for only a dollar. The parking lots are never full, so no worries there. The freshman parking lot seems far away at first, but if you look at other schools, it's really not bad comparatively. Parking permits cost nothing but the time to fill out one front of a form. Very easy. Be sure to park in the right place though, no one will really be mad at you for parking in the freshman lot for a week while you're too lazy to walk to the parking office and get a permit, but campo will give you a parking ticket if you are parked somewhere on academic side that you shouldn't be.

Overall Experience at Rochester Institute of Technology

A+

A+ All the Things!!!

I would choose this school again a million times over if I had the choice to. It's a perfect personality fit. RIT's population is made up of every personality you saw in high school, but everyone is just a little bit nerdy (trust me it's a good thing) and so much nicer. I've never before felt more at home with people I'm so different from. Even just on the floor of our dorm building, the stoners, the jocks, and the Minecraft lovers all get along perfectly.
