Monohan Dorms Are Amazing!
When it comes to choosing a dorm to live in at Middle Tennessee State University, Monohan dorms are the best! Yes, they are one of the most expensive, but they are worth it! They are one of the cleanest and safest dorms on campus. All of the RA's and workers there are nice and helpful to students who have questions about the dorm. There is a nice study room for students to work on homework and a lobby where they can relax and chill. There is also a computer lab open for all students who live there. The best part about it is that one does not have to worry so much about parking. Students are already living there and can just walk to class.

International Students at MTSU
Students from many different countries come to MTSU to study. Their ethnicity mixes in with the other MTSU students. They are different from us who live in the U.S., but they want to be understood and learn more, just like the students who already live here. There are times when they find people who are willing to help them, but then there are others when they struggle in finding acceptance. Though they go through this struggle, they do not give up, for they know that they have worked hard to get to where they are. They are intelligent people learning and improving their English as they travel and study.

No Smoking on Campus
Smoking has been going on at MTSU for quite some time, and thankfully starting in the Spring of 2012, MTSU is making the campus smoke-free. It will be nice since smoking is killing everyone, but how smokers will accept and honor this new rule is a mystery. Some might obey it while others will try to sneak a smoke. We have needed this rule for a long time, and I hope that it will be followed without any arguements.
