I think that there is a lot of use of recreational drugs that comes along with the drinking and partying.

Gloomy Days
Seattle is known for it's lack of totally awesome whether, so the rain and clouds have a tendency to keep people indoors. It's a huge campus and walking in that kind of whether sucks. But when we do have a nice summer day, they're perfect.
