Greek Life Doesn't Officially Exist.
Greek life is not endorsed by the college; however, the fraternities and sororities still exist. I am not part of one, and, honestly, I'm not convinced they have much of an influence on the social life of the college at all.

Diversity and Pluralism
Brandeis has a deserved reputation for being a Jewish school. The Jewish influence is very present. However, this fact does not preclude the existence of a diverse student body. Religiously, there are Jews, Catholics, Protestants, Atheists, Agnostics, and an assorted mix of other religions and belief systems. All races are represented, albeit in varying numbers.
