Academic Family
Albion College was my number one choice for undergrad because they have an excellent pre-health program. The pre-health program, as well as many other academic programs at Albion, grants students access to endless internships and research opportunities. The professors go out of their way to assist students with school, career choices, and other opportunities. The community of Albion College is one of a kind; it's not just a college, it's a family.

Small Town
Albion is a very small town. It can be nice at times being located in such a small town, but other than the local grocery store and a few restaurants there is nothing there. Students have to drive twenty minutes into Jackson or Marshall to shop or see movies. However those towns are still dull at times.

Greek Life Is a Big Deal
At Albion, 60% of the campus is involved in Greek life. The main focus of the fraternities and sororities is community service. Their philanthropy events are the biggest events on campus and are attended by both Greeks and non-Greeks. There is no real tension between Greeks and non-Greeks, they still intermingle and are friends. Many people use Greek Life to meet people, get involved with the community and campus. Students also find life-long friends through Greek life; it changes their lives for the better!
