Allentown is a nice city with a decent amount of things to do. Everything you need shopping and entertainment-wise is within a 5-15 minute driving distance from school. Unfortunately, public transportation is basically non-existent, so you definitely will need to make friends with upper classmen who have cars! There is a beautiful park two blocks south of campus...and you're only an hour and a half away from New York City!!!

I Wouldn't Know...
I've never had any sort of encounter with our campus police other than when they drove me to the local hospital at 1 AM when I had kidney stones. So, sorry, but I don't know how strict our school is.

Yay Muhlenberg!
If you want to attend a small, liberal arts school that offers a very diverse selection of study programs - our top 2 departments are Bio-Chem and Theatre & Dance - then this is the school for you. We have very nice facilities, decent food, many clubs/organizations you can get involved in, and a beautiful campus.
