Health and Safety
Campus Safety are your friends. They'll help you with anything and are pretty relaxed also. Campus crime is nearly nonexistent; other than petty theft. They don't care about drinking as long as you don't do something stupid, e.g. walk around with an open container as a minor.

At Least They Try and Everyone Really Is Welcome
Diversity is an obsessive topic here. There are a lot of white kids, but a good mix overall. No one really cares about your ethnicity or religion. LGBT population is really small, but they are very accepted.

You'll Probably Love It
Visit and see if it's for you. If you get the feel it is then that feeling is probably right. Students like to complain amongst themselves, but it's a great school and we all love it.
