Computer Labs Are Great and Can Get Internet Anywhere on Campus

Computer labs are great and can get internet anywhere on campus. Engineers can print for free, and all students get pretty much all their printing for free. Easy to find an available computer and easy to print.

A Huge Variety

You can either go on the "light side", where the landlords are very easy going and there is a huge party scene. Or you can live in "dark side" where it can be quite. off campus housing in general is really nice and you will never have to walk more than two minutes to get to campus.

Everyone Is from a Different Culture, but the Same Economic Background

it seems like almost everyone is from a different state, city, country, etc. Not very many locals, however, most people are still from the upper-class. I would feel comfortable going to any major city in America because I know I would know someone from there that went to Santa Clara.

Taste Good, but Repetitive

The food taste really good and great quality. But it does get repetitive towards the end of the year, which is probably the same for most universities.

Parties Are Great! and Bars Are Fun Too

Off campus parties are a blast, almost any day of the week you can go out. Normal party schedule: Monday night: C&J's bar; Tuesday night: The Hut (Bar); Wednesday Night: lots of house parties (Wednesday's are a huge party day for santa clara based off of tradition), Thursday: Blinky's (Bar), Friday night: House parties. Saturday Day: Day party (during Fall and Spring Quarters there will be day parties pretty much every saturday, and if you don't go to the day parties, you can always find casual drinking throughout the day with almost anyone), Saturday Night: House parties. Sunday, day of rest/studying. The parties are a lot of fun and you can always find some to go to! and unlike other schools, no night parties charges for admissions, all of them are free. (some of the annual major day parties do, but it will only be like $2-5).

The Social Scene

It is tradition to name your off-campus house and decorate it to the theme. example: Boardwalk, backyard is filled with sand and has a boat on the roof with a surfboard with a sharkbite that has "Boardwalk" written on it. Bermuda: decorated like Bermuda obviously. etc.

Good Looking

Pretty much everyone is good looking, not even joking. It is sometimes joked about that Santa Clara must require a photo on your application.

Caltrain, Buses, Airport Right Next Door

First of all, the school can be seen from the Airport, and there is a free shuttle that goes to the airport to right across the street of the main entrance of Santa Clara every 20 minutes. The Caltrain takes you to most cities in the bay area all the way up to san francisco and it is right across the street. Buses can take you easily around too.
