There really is no cheap way to get anywhere quickly unless you have a car. To get to columbus, you must take at least two buses, the DATA and the COTA. It is also really expensive to take a cab from Columbus to Delaware or from Delaware to Columbus.

Is It Really the Small Town Charm?

I personally have never run into anything bad, but there have been stories... I figured it would be a relatively safe place because of the small town feel, but it is still a college campus and things can happen. I feel pretty safe here, but you should have a good head on your shoulders and know to contact public safety so you do not walk around alone at night.
