Technology on Campus
Computers are very accessible in the library. Priting things off the computer is a whole different story! The librarían is not very nice. It used to be that we could print things off ourselves but now the librarían got so mad from having to unjam the printer(her job) that one day she decided to move it behind her desk. Now she looks at and even gives her own 2 CENTS about what you are printing out. HELLO we are paying for this!! Wireless across campus is spotty. Wifi is hit and miss in the smith building and other outer buildings. It is a MUST though to have your own pc or mac. The library closes at 10 and is not even open on Saturdays.

Beautiful Campus
Centenary is always making sure that the campus is safe and beautiful. Buildings are very new. In my business classes the classrooms all have expensive leather chairs. The library is really nice except for the librarian. LOVE THE CAMPUS!!

SO SMOOTH
I transferred in to Centenary from another private college and the process was so easy. I sent in a late application and they still accepted it.

TERRIBLE TRANSPORTATION
You can only get around if you have a car!! The Residence Director over my dorm couldn't even take me to the doctor when I was sick due to "Campus Policy." There is nothing around the área and you CANNOT walk to town or you will definately get mugged. TRUE STORY!! One of my friends got mugged close to campus.

Nasty Weather
While I was a student at King College it was very windy throughout both semesters. Also during the spring a tornado almost hit King College and the RAs handled the situation very poorly and had no idea what was going on.

NEVER AGAIN!!
I had to transfer out of King College due to the fact that there were so many crimes on campus that it was very unsafe to be there. There was a stabbing that security tried to cover up. Also many rapes occured last year at King College. ALSO, the King College Baseball team got suspended for only a week because they had 14 year olds at their party that they were messing around with. Parents complained but cut a deal with King College to not get the police involved. Homeless people wander around on campus. Several students at King College were mugged. ALOT of students did Steroids, LSD,Marijuana, Adderall and Mushrooms.There is a constant number of people drinking (although they claim to be a dry campus. They have a strict opposite sex curfew but yet people of the same sex are having sex daily and the RAs turn a deaf ear. The campus is falling apart!! All the money that they are given is put into sports and not the dorms or landscape. People are constantly tripping and falling over bricks. The cafetería food is terrible. It was GREAT when me and my parents went for King for a Day but they just do that to lure you into thinking that it is good. Usually only 2 out of the 4 food stations are open.SGA never gets ANYTHING DONE!! Professors have to pass student athletes through. Although they say that chapeo is mandatory MOST people lie and put down that they went. Men are NOT respectful of women here. I partied my first semester 5 days a week and still managed to have a 2.75 gpa. Their academice are terrible!!I would NEVER go back.
