Places to Eat Near Geneva.
There's not a ton of places to go within walking distance except a couple of pizza places and Sheetz. There's also the Beaver Falls Coffee & Tea Company, which is awesome. If you have a car, there's plenty more restaurants within a ten-minute drive.

Professors and Alumni Rent Rooms
Students aren't allowed to live off-campus unless they're seniors and have permission from the college. However, some underclassmen manage to get around this rule, especially if they're athletes. I've never lived off-campus, but I know there are lots of Geneva alumni and professors who rent out rooms for pretty decent prices.

Helpful Financial Aid Counselors
When you apply, the admissions team automatically reviews you for any academic scholarships you might be eligible for through the school. These are based solely on GPA and SAT or ACT score. As for need-based aid, students are required to fill out the FAFSA just like anywhere else, but the financial aid office usually sends out lots of reminders by mail and email to make sure students do all the necessary paperwork. For me, the process went pretty smoothly. The financial aid counselors are definitely available to talk to you about what your options are and how to apply for additional loans if you need them. The amount of scholarships and grants through the school (aka free money) is somewhat limited, so it's a good idea to apply early to make sure you can get everything that's available to you.
