Floyd Payne Center
The facilities at Tennessee State are pretty good. The Floyd Payne Center (Student Center) is the main builiding where you see student, teachers, and admistratives. Inside the Floyd Payne Center there are three floors, the first floor containing mostly the cafeteria, Kean Hall, and the mailboxes. The second floor consist of where most of the students hang out. There are TV rooms and the Sub (which consist of Chick-Fil-A,Pizza Hut, etc.) and the third floor is where the different offices are located.

Police
The police force became very strict when the our new President came through. We kind of treat our campus more as a private campus because the police sits in a booth and make sure that you are a student at this school. It is kind of good because the crime rate when down but it does get annoying at times.
