Great Transportation.

You can get anywhere on campus within 10 minutes by walking if you live on campus. If you live off campus the buses are super easy to use, just flash your Oregon I.D. card and your free to ride the bus as much as you like. After hours there are shuttles that patrol the campus in search of people who may need a ride home. Bikes are really popular, cars are rarely used.

Stay Inside.

The rain is ridiculous. I have lived in Oregon my whole life, so it didn't bother me that much, but it does keep everybody inside most of the school year.
