If It Exists It's Not Noticeable – What I observed two years ago, were well mannered and respectful students. There were no stories or incidents of first year students being tortured for the fun of it. If it happened, I was never aware of it.

Continue Offering Online Classes – Indiana University East is continually working at making all of their classes and courses available for distance education and online. The majority of students finishing their degrees do so through distance education. The school itself also provides a great atmosphere for high school graduates to come and participate in a college that will meet all of their educational needs.

Normally I take online courses but do know from the names and writing patterns of my fellow students of their cultural backgrounds. Two years ago I witnessed a multi-cultural array of students walking to and from the various buildings to get to their class. Indiana University East encourages diversity in its students, alumni, and staff.

Keep up the Great Work – All of the professors make sure they provide the resources and information needed to understand the course or class you are taking. They also make themselves available if you do struggle understanding certain topics or ideas. Administrative personnel post internship opportunities in the announcement page of certain classes to give all students the opportunity to apply and participate in internships offered at Indiana University East.
