Variety in Affordability and Type
There is a wide array of different types of food within walking distance and even more within driving or light rail distance. Also, the options are all available at whatever price a person can afford.

There's Always a Few Bad Apples
The majority of the guys at DU are kind, funny, smart, fun, and really great guys. They aren't all gems, but they are mostly great and it is easy to find a good looking guy.
