Computer Labs
Computer labs are available anytime you need them. You do have to pay for an account, but if you don't have one, you can use the library computers to look online and pring papers out for .10 cents a sheet. Very nice and roomy in computer labs

Strictness
I have not notice the campus to be strict at all, but there are plenty of people there to watch over the campus for safetyness
