students at bates college really get involved in athletics. The support of students at games is really good and a high percent of students play a varsity sport which keeps our campus really active

Social Scene

because bates college is a small school you really get to meet a lot of people and it makes the social scene fun on weekends. By being able to see everyone, you get to do a lot on the weekends and there is always something going on.
