Pittsburgh is a good college city. There are a lot of students centered around Oakland which makes it a good place to hang out. Every month there is a gallery crawl, it’s a blast. As far as clubs go, most of the fun stuff you have to be 21 for. There are some music venues but their not the easiest to get to. There is a good amount of stuff to do during the day: shops, neighborhoods, restaurants, coffee.

There are a ton of places to live off campus. Pittsburgh housing is pretty cheap too. The only down side is that once you are out of the school housing system its nearly impossible to get back in.

No One Cares
Kids at CMU are too busy for sports. We have some good teams like the club rugby team but we could be NCAA champion and still no one would care. This is only a down side if your into sports, most people here arn't.
Our gyms are nice. You can always play D3.
