Great Food and Culture, Not the Safest.
Worcester is an extremely diverse city which makes for some great restaurants around Main South and some fun events when the weather's nice, but in the winter there isn't that much to do. It's also not a safe area, but if you're smart and never walk around late at night or by yourself you'll be fine. Use common sense. I'd still rather live in Worcester then in a closed off remote campus.

Good Housing Overall, Some Outdated Buildings.
Overall the housing is good. The rooms are all a decent size for a college dorm, have wireless and cable, and since it's such a small campus nowhere is necessarily inconvenient to live. The dorms by the street like Wright can get noisy and only Blackstone has elevators, which is really annoying when moving. Laundry rooms are also inconveniently located.
