Tons of Options, but Some Sketchy Neighborhoods!
There are TONS of off-campus housing available in Tucson, and most people choose to live off-campus after their freshman year. There are apartments (which the University helps you locate) all over the city, as well as copious amounts of houses located around the University. Rent is 400-600 normally per person. The only downside is that some of the neighborhoods are sketchy.

Sunny Days in Tucson
The weather is phenomenal. Sunny 300 days out of the year. Only downside is that sometime's it's too hot!

Internships With Ease
Though most internships are unpaid, there are a ton available across the city in almost every major focus. I work for the International Rescue Committee, and the University made it very easy for me to get credit. Internships are never a problem at U of A.
