Overrated but Inexpensive
There is always construction on campus and every year there is a slightly higher than normal tuition increase while programs are still being closed. This campus is not as fancy or nice as other schools but it is very inexpensive, even for out of staters.
There are many computers available in the Library however finding an open computer can be difficult to impossible at certain hours.

Horrid at Times
To find a close spot, you have to drive around for 20-30 minutes. If you have a class on main campus, it can be hard to find parking after the 8AM classes have started.
Good news is that your first parking ticket each semester is normally free if you call parking services. Motorcycle lots are the most convenient if you are a rider.
Parking on ag campus is hard to come by and the lots are old and are much tighter due to vehicle size going up over the years.

KAT Is Decent
There are many free bus routes on campus and cheap routes around knoxville however, do not expect the buses to be on time or to have an open seat. Ag campus buses break down every third run or so. Free trolley is nice however you will be surrounded by mainly hobos and homeless people.
