What are club sports like at USC?

I'm a 3 year Varsity soccer player at my high school. I do not have the talent or interest to pursue a spot on the Varsity team of a Division 1 school, but I would like to continue playing soccer. Of course intramural is always an option, especially if I decide to rush and can play IM through my sorority, but I was wondering if club sports are also a feasible option for me. What is the required skill level? How often are games and practices, and how long does the season last? Does anyone know anyone familiar with club sports at USC, and if so, what do they think of the experience?

USC got rid of their soccer and basketball teams recently, read it on the local newspaper The Item.

Club sports are more likely going to have a huge range as everyone with different wants and needs are free to participate in it. It really depends on what you and your team make of it.

I have no personal experience with IM sports at USC, but have heard good things.

I don't have any experience in soccer and sorority life. I don't know the skill level needed. You should contact the Sports department at USC for advice.

Just play to win and be competitive, its intramural aslong as you show heart people will always respect that.
