A Short Drive to Pittsburgh but Washpa Is....
Washington, PA has two different aspects to it. There is the sketchy part where you feel a little unsafe. This part includes tons of random stores uptown that I would never go in. However there is a good bar scene if you are 21 during the night. The otherside of Washington is much nicer. Any restaurant you could want is a short 5 minute drive. Pittsburgh is about 40 minutes away and there is plenty to do there!
The attitude towards students in Washington is neutral for the most part. We really don't bother the townies and for the most part they don't bother us.

Good but Gets Repetitive
There are really only two places to eat on campus: the main dining hall and a quick place called G&Ts. The dining hall staff are all very nice and personable. They learn a lot of the students names! The food is good but it gets old fast. The main dining hall has a lot to choose from such as sandwiches, pizza and pasta, the main line, the grill, a soup/salad bar, desserts, and a special bar that changes daily. They listen to the students and have Student Choice Meals monthly where the meals that got the highest votes are served. G&T's is really just greasy fast food but they have made healthier options such as a create your old salad option.

Frustrating
This school makes you pay way too much to go here. The highest scholarship they offer is 13,000 a year and that is no where near the 45,000 a year it costs to go here. You will be in major debt after leaving here.
