No Help for Homeless Transfer
I became homeless because I'm financially independent (emancipated) by choice and I have insufficient credit history to take out a private loan or credit card. Because the school has rolling admission I applied weeks before the semester started which guaranteed it was too late to apply for scholarships and they ran out of financial aid for me.
