Science at OWU
I am a Zoology major at Ohio Wesleyan University. The science track at OWU is extremely difficult and rigorous, but it really does get you ready for graduate school and future careers. Because the courses are so in-depth and difficult, the students are forced to work together and to learn the material in order to succeed, which is a vital technique to acquire for the real-world; not to mention that the professors all have their doctorates and are great sources of knowledge. If you are looking for a job/internship or a semi-heavy course load, than look no further than Ohio Wesleyan. The classes are tough, but they help ease how tough the future will be.

The Students
At OWU, there are all sorts of different types of students that cover a large spectrum in sexual orientation, looks, dress, and social background. I have never seen someplace that had so much diversity in such a small community. No matter what you are looking for in terms of friendships or relationships, OWU is sure to have it their student body.

Public Safety
The campus police are pretty strict when it comes to drinking and drug-use. It is understandable when it comes to drugs, they have a policy where if they even suspect pot, they will call in the local police department and students can be kicked out depending on the type of drug. As far as drinking, they are a bit more lenient on that, however if you are caught they will make sure that you go through a "trial" of sorts. Luckily, they rarely bust people unless an RA catches you. Just be smart!
