Part of the City
Living on campus is excellent. Most of the housing is right in the central part of the university, but you still always have to walk around. The main campus of Pitt is not in the middle of Pittsburgh, but just outside. However, it is a quick bus ride into downtown, or any surrounding place. A lot of the upperclassman dorms are farther away, so underclassmen really have the advantage.

Love Me Some Pittsburgh
I love almost everything about the school. All my classes (save one) have been excellent and the professors were always helpful. I love being near the city and the way the school is set up so I can take full advantage of the city life. I love the use of free transportation provided so I can experience all my surroundings. And I love the environment of my school because it does actually feel like a community.
