OK
As a vegetarian it gets a little difficult to find food that is interesting...i.e. not only salad and pasta. Bates is probably the best option in terms of value but it's at the far end of campus from many dorms. The Pub's good but it's always crowded during meal times.

Yonkers Not Bronxville
Yonkers has more interesting cuisines to offer. And it's cheaper. Bronxville is pretty expensive and offers mostly Italian/American cuisine. NYC is only 30 minutes away so I would suggest you get on the train and explore the city.
